You will collaborate with the team members and the customer community to deliver and implement underlying technology solutions in support of the business objectives to improve productivity and enhance processes in a compliant manner.Duties & Responsibilities Work in the Configuration Management (CMDB) area and related processes to maintain the data, including attributes and relationships, in close collaboration with the Enterprise Configuration Management Process Owner.Ongoing maintenance, optimization, innovation, consulting on IT processes as well as project management.Support implementation of CMDB enhancements.Advise and consult System Leads in creation of CMDB design.Install, maintain, and troubleshoot activities related to CMDB processes.Be a bridge to developers, create and test stories, analyze issues, raise new demands and support to map system designs to the CMDB model in DevOps environment.Support creation of SOPs.Create/adjust formal test plans and execute test reports.Creation of (regulated) documents in a validated environment.Produce and publish management reports from CMDB.Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or professional training with several years of relevant work experience.At least 4 years of experience with Asset or Configuration Management and other IT processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Experience with IT Service Management platform (preferably ServiceNow).Professional work experience within IT, with a good IT system and service knowledge is a must.Experience in compliance and regulated environments (incl. GxP Life Cycle Methodology)
