Mapi Research Trust is an independent not-for-profit organization specialized in Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) and Digital Health Technology (DHT) information and is part of the Commercialization and Outcomes group of ICON.
What you will be doing!
Client Engagement and Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital measures and DHTs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Alongside the Customer Experience team, conduct regular check-ins (i.e., 1:1 meetings, quarterly business reviews) with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.
Strategic Leadership Lead strategic calls and meetings with clients to discuss how to best apply digital measures and DHT to all therapeutic areas covered in the client's portfolio.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, potential challenges, and solutions for incorporating DHTs into trial protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams, namely Customer Experience and Product, to develop and present tailored strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Training and Education Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients on the use of digital health technologies in clinical trials.
Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support client education.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in digital health technologies and clinical trial methodologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Deliverable Preparation Triage and complete customer requests for new data on DHTs and pieces of evidence (i.e., peer-reviewed papers, clinical trials, regulatory decisions) to be added to Atlas within agreed upon timelines.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a health-related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
