What is Privateaser Joy? Our ambition: To make the world more convivial by facilitating group reservations in festive venues.
Our story Established in 2014, Privateaser is a marketplace that allows individuals and businesses to book or privatize numerous bars, restaurants, and event spaces for their birthdays, after-work events, student parties, study days, seminars, company parties, and private events.
In 2018, we launched a Spanish entity, Privateaser Spain, to assist people in Barcelona and Madrid in finding venues for their convivial events.
In 2019, Privateaser acquired BizMeeting to enhance support for professional clients searching for venues for their corporate events. We then launched the Privateaser for Business (PfB) service.
In 2020, Privateaser officially acquired Youshould.
In 2021, Privateaser aims to help venues regain their revenue post-Covid and launched the SaaS platform Joy.
In 2022, the Privateaser Joy group targets the Spanish market and envisions European expansion.

Your job in one sentence Search and prospect new clients (bars & restaurants) in Spain for Privateaser and for Joy, present our service, and offer the most suitable solution for their needs, ultimately leading to the signing of a partnership contract. The missions to achieve it Seek new opportunities every day: Learn about the market and stay updated on the Spanish events industry and booking technology. Hunt throughout Spain, focusing on Madrid and Barcelona. Source new prospects through a qualitative approach and various tools. Allocate 30% of your time to prospecting. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Sales team's processes. 2- Be the primary point of contact for our potential clients.
Understand their challenges and demonstrate how our service can help them increase their revenue. Gather feedback on our SaaS tool. Represent the company and its values. Ensure reporting of your results. 3- Convert leads into signed contracts.
Convert leads assigned to you. Allocate 60% of your time for on-site meetings. Schedule meetings with other potential partners. Ensure a clear handover to our Customer Success Manager. Initial Requirements Previous sales experience over the phone is essential. Stay up-to-date with news about foodtech or SaaS startups. Familiarity with at least one project management or CRM tool. Skills Highly organized. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Comfortable facing prospects and converting leads. Fluent in Castilian Spanish; English or French is a plus.
