As the leading provider of renewable transaction infrastructure, we deliver the cloud-based software, centralized supply, automated analytics, and transaction expertise required to power the renewable energy economy.The LevelTen Platform is the worlds largest online hub for renewable energy buyers, sellers, advisors, asset owners, and financiers, and delivers the online tools and expertise they need to buy, sell, and finance assets quickly.The internship in LevelTen Energys Madrid Office will support events activities as part of the Marketing team and will learn valuable skills in event planning, coordination, and execution, as well as gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, customer engagement, and using industry-standard tools and platforms.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning and Coordination- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other promotional events for our B2B company.- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other third parties involved in events and webinars.- Manage logistics for events, including venue booking, transportation, and accommodation for participants.Promotional Support- Support the creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials for events and webinars.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure event objectives align with company strategies.- Provide support to attendees during events and webinars, ensuring a positive and professional experience.Customer ResearchAssist with researching customers to meet at upcoming conferences to ensure the Sales team is efficient and prepared for events.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have :- An interest in renewable energy and learning about accelerating the clean energy transition.- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.- Previous experience in event planning and coordination, with a focus on B2B events- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal. Other European languages would be a plus.- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, particularly Salesforce.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proactivity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.About LevelTen EnergyLevelTen Energy is the leading provider of transaction infrastructure for the renewable energy economy.
