Organizational /Training Development Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to identify training needs across departments.Collaborate with stakeholders to determine skill gaps and organizational development areas.Design and develop comprehensive training programs (in-person, online, and blended).Create content that aligns with the organization's goals, including leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance training.Organize, schedule, and deliver training programs using various methods (e.g., workshops, e-learning, seminars).Ensure the smooth facilitation of training sessions, either personally or through external vendors.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance analysis.Adjust and refine learning initiatives based on participant performance and organizational needs.Develop and implement leadership development programs to nurture internal talent and create a pipeline of future leaders.Work with employees and managers to create individual development plans that align with career aspirations and organizational objectives.Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-development.Lead or support organizational change initiatives through training and employee engagement.Ensure employees understand and adopt new processes, technologies, and organizational changes.Collaborate with HR to integrate learning and development with talent management and retention strategies.Report to senior management on training program outcomes, workforce development, and areas for improvement.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salary
