In the team, they will support the European Headquarter FP&A & Innovation Team and Senior Leadership Team on activities related to closing, planning, reporting & Financial Analysis. Also, they will provide support in reporting projects, budget planning and ad-hoc demands and will play a key role in calendar and agenda management. Being an important member of the EMEA FP&A & Innovation Team, this role provides high exposure to Senior Management and to the overall European FP&A community and will have the opportunity to work in a complex and matrix environment.What Your Main Responsibilities Will BeSupport EMEA consolidation of planning and reporting mainly related to template and report preparation, KPI and data analysis.Work together with Senior Manager to provide suggestions on process improvement for EMEA Financial reporting and analysis, identify opportunities for capacity creation and standardization across FP&A community by leveraging technologies (Tableau, Think-cell, Power BI, etc.) and provide support to strategic projects.Work together with Senior Sales and Margin Analyst to provide suggestions on process improvement, identify common needs/reports that could be standardized and automatized to a certain level: (Sales/Margin analysis, ADS, Market, price/volume analysis, OCOGS, etc.)Support Ad-hoc requests from the President, VP Finance, Director of Finance during closing and forecast/planning process.
