We are looking for a talented Operations specialist to lead the operations of a wide range of new clients. You are expected to perform a transversal role, translating new customers' needs into technical specifications, planning and delivering excellent services as well as doing adhoc statistics and automations of client inquiries and internal tasks

All About You
Based in Barcelona or available to visit us in the office each week.
+2 years experience in project management, technical account management, or client support in technical environments.
Highly organized, multitasker, and with strong attention to detail.
Initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude.
Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Passion for listening, asking, understanding, and communicating.
Love for teamwork and learning, especially tech related learning (coding, scripting, etc.)
Basic SQL, MongoDB and Python skills are preferred
Be comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbers.
Fluency in English is a must.
Knowledge or experience in the music industry is desired, but not necessary

Get familiar with daily tools (Jira, Basecamp, etc.)
Get familiar with the different stakeholders involved in our day to day operations.
Get familiar with the ops boards and processes.
Actively participate in team meetings and client calls.
Understand the data structure and DB architecture
Within 30 days
Coordinate ops and engineering to ensure the products are running smoothly.
Assist in quality assurance tasks on client deliverables
Within 60 days
Be able to support business, ops and engineering teams and funnel ongoing requests to the product backlog for prioritization and planning.
Within 1 year
Full ownership of product backlog operations.
Be familiar with internal and external politics and influence all the stakeholders involved.
