Position: Operations Specialist We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our HQ in Barcelona. Your main responsibilities are:
Manage CPO software services by ensuring the performance of our operations exceeds the contractual agreements.
Onboard and support SMB clients of our B2B charger management software solution.
Coordinate and track end-to-end order to cash activities (reporting, invoicing, and payments).
Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product, Support, and Finance, to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Gather customer feedback and insights, serving as the voice of the customer within the company.
Qualifications: 4+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Specialist/Manager or similar positions.
Strong customer-centric mindset with an understanding of defining, measuring, and improving customer experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of SQL/Python or equivalent to process data and enable decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of customer engagement strategies, with the ability to support sales/business development efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
Good understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM desired.
Native French speaker with a good command of English.
