Your Challenge & Roles Operations ERP product owner Operational cross-functional processes Your Responsibilities Manage the ERP (Oracle NetSuite) within the company, which includes overseeing its integration, maintenance, and continuous improvements to ensure alignment with business needs.
Ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs and supports company projects.
Ensure that the entire operational process is accurately recorded in the ERP.
Ensure that the stock level in the ERP perfectly reflects the company's reality (IA, Transfers, locations...).
Create and develop the architecture of the ERP (and other systems) to ensure that the company's growth is accurately recorded in the system.
Integrations: B2B, retail, marketplaces, warehouses… Act as the main point of contact for ERP-related issues and updates.
You don't need to have software development knowledge, but you do need to understand the logic behind the processes to request the necessary developments from an external team.
Develop, establish & automate cross-functional business processes across all departments.
Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for improvement that enhance operational efficiency.
Promote strategic alignment and coherence in procedures company-wide.
Assist data development within the Operations team.
Think out of the box to bring new ideas of processes that will be a game changer to ensure the experience of our customers.

You'll collaborate with numerous departments to identify areas of improvement in terms of efficiency.
What Are We Looking For?
+ 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience and good knowledge of Oracle NetSuite.
Good level of English and Spanish (Minimum B2 for both).
Strong analytical skills and business vision to understand and optimize cross-functional processes.
Ability to identify issues, think critically, and propose effective solutions.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and plan effectively.
Willingness to help when needed: team player.
