We'd love for you to join the ride.Permanent employee, Full-timeTHE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIERManage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly.Increase utilization of e-scooters by keeping our fleet in a good technical condition so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all times.Ensure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.G. rides/scooter).Handle our operations partners, mechanics, and rangers.Build and maintain close relationships with city officials and partners in town.Support the Expansion team when executing in-region expansion.Performance Management: Responsible for the performance of the whole operations in different cities in Spain.Communication & Best-Practice Sharing: Build relationships with local markets, ensuring that problems are understood and insights & expertise are shared; identify examples of best practice developed in local markets, work to playbook them, and spread them to other markets.Support marketing activities in your city and build up strategic partnerships.YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, warehouse management, or similar roles.Ability to give directions and supervise our operations partners and mechanics.Interest in the mobility sector and good technical understanding.Smart, fast, and hands-on.Fluent English language skills.Experience in a startup or other fast-changing environment.Willing to travel.THIS MAY INSPIRE YOUJoin us at the forefront of one of the most exciting and rapidly moving industries.We're agile, we're growing and so will you!
