This is complemented by 72 serviced residences at 85-348 m².The restaurants and bars are places of entertainment, where the ambience runs from formal to casual and dishes are prepared with the best local products.Job DescriptionAs an operations manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation of Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach with the support of the Resort Manager.Support the F&B / Rooms operation of Swissotel Resort Bodrum Beach by working closely with the F&B service and kitchen leadership.Implement the hotel strategy across all operational departments.Provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the hotel, and effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the hotel.Support and implement all corporate programmes and guidelines.Ensure that the operational and service skills of the hotel's team members are constantly improved.Ensure the hotel's service performance (NPS and GRI) is maintained within and above the given targets.QualificationsRecognized Degree in Hotel Management or related field.Must have 2-3 years experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant / Rooms operations management role, preferably with Luxury Brand experience.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
