About the role itself
The purpose of the Operations Lead Spain is to complete the strategy for instilling operational excellence across our EV installed base - this includes operating a cluster operations control centre, being the key contact for 3rd party service providers, especially chargers maintenance and remote customer service, and being the focal point in Spain to ensure bp is the company with the highest charging reliability. You would be a part of the growth strategy of the business, as having a strong operational backbone and providing an outstanding Customer Experience is at the core of the strategy for the business.

What would be your responsibility?
Accountable to set and operate the operations control centre in Spain which should provide the ability to proactive monitoring and maintain a critical operating asset for bp.
Ensure the EV maintenance strategy implementation is according to standards, contracts, and SLAs.
Perform regular market and competitor benchmarks.
Own and run the GBS interface in Spain.
Implement customer service response levels (L1,2,3) for support both internally and with our key charger suppliers.
Lead the operational KPIs for the EV charging business in Spain including response time to resolve any issues or concerns that may impact our customer happiness.
Run the EV reliability performance metric for the EV charging business in Spain. Support the Cluster operations manager to performance manage to meet this metric with our suppliers.
Be responsible for the safety and risk management processes for the operational phase of the EV lifecycle in Spain.
What should you bring to this role?
5+ years of valid experience in large scale project management, operations, engineering, and project management delivery.
Proficient in English & Spanish.
Drive and self-motivation & goal-oriented personality while keeping a great teammate demeanor.
Good understanding of the EV infrastructure and experience in this field is a key.
