ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with other departments (AML and Sanctions, Compliance, Sales, Development, etc.)Manage incidents across Customer Payments, ensuring these are managed and closed out effectively and in a timely mannerUphold, transmit and reinforce company and departmental valuesMonitor limits for Verto Payouts (and other LPs) ensuring exposure remains within appetiteSupport Business TransformationSupport Design for payment flows in Emerging MarketsSupport Design for new currenciesSupport planning and coordination of the testing of new Products / Currencies / CapabilitiesSupport SEPA projectSupport migration to ISO messages, including TestingBuild trust & gain support from relevant stakeholdersDevelop and Assist MVP (minimum viable product) for new partners prior to Money Flows integrationSupport the delivery of projects and initiatives across the business, ensuring the delivery of objectives and inclusion of any relevant governance without impacting project incentiveSupport the implementation of Audit requests and recommendationsPayer ID / Ebury IBAN management (Implementation of new Payerid with alternative providers)Maintenance of schemes such as Faster paymentsManaging Payment Initiatives and working with Product team to implementSupport with the ongoing identification and management of risks regarding Payments and the corresponding controlsRequirementsUniversity degreeWorking knowledge of desktop-based office software such as MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook, and other applicationsProactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureDiligent, with good attention to detailEffective research skills with an ability to find solutions independentlyGood communication skills, both written and verbalFluent in English, both written and spokenCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresMotivated, with a desire to make Ebury a successAbout UsEbury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
