Currently, we are seeking a Director of Operations
Our partner, a start-up located in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, has over 150 employees in just over 2 years, with international presence and an AI application offering various marketing and growth techniques to maximize benefits for their clients (SMEs).
Misión:
We are looking for a Director of Operations whose mission will be to ensure overall operational efficiency, leading teams and optimizing processes to ensure the achievement of business and financial objectives of the Kit Digital project, contributing to the company's growth.
The Role:
Global supervision of operations related to the Kit Digital, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational and financial objectives.
Coordination of various operational processes related to the Kit Digital: customer acquisition, processing files, customer experience, quality of solutions, etc.
Management of teams located in the Tenerife branch.
Identify and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
Monitor and improve the unit economics associated with the operation.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
What We Are Looking For:
Degree in computer engineering or similar.
Previous experience in supervising complex operations, with a focus on optimization and process improvement.
Experience managing large teams (ideally between 50-70 people).
Ability to hire, train, and develop talent, creating a productive and cohesive work environment.
Capability to plan, execute, and lead operational projects, from the design phase to implementation.
Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions with a focus on achieving results and efficiency.
Knowledge of data tools, CRM, and project management software such as Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, among others.
Familiarity with Kit Digital or similar programs will be a plus.
What We Offer:
Permanent contract.
Salary negotiable based on experience (f+v).

Offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
This position requires living in Tenerife or relocating there (with tax residency in Spain).
Remote work: 2 days a week.
