Scopely is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Monopoly GO! The Web Portal team is in Spain on a hybrid basis, working out of either our Barcelona office or remotely from Spain, the UK, or Ireland.

What You Will Do The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining processes to help us successfully live operate the web-based companion experience to Monopoly GO! You will be responsible for planning and integrating workstreams across teams, as well as protecting and perfecting our live environment. You will report directly to our Senior Producer for the Web Portal team.
Support the live operations of the site and regular weekly / monthly / quarterly updates of our content and engagement features on monopolygo.com
Coordinate timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams such as content, art, community, roadmap, analytics, economy and release management
Manage configuration of features in collaboration with product and live operations
Partner with QA to ensure new content going live meets the highest quality bar
Monitor all web releases and drive communications regarding technical performance and emerging issues
Manage translation and localization to ensure the web portal works well in all supported languages
Collaborate with the player experience team to investigate and resolve any issues faced by our users and proactively collect feedback to inform our prioritization and strategies
Contribute to the roadmap for both user-facing product improvements and tooling improvements to help us drive best-in-class operations
What We're Looking For Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably F2P mobile games, e-commerce or other consumer-facing products.
Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to articulate the "why" instead of just the "how" and "what" to drive cross-team alignment.
Project Management and Coordination: able to proactively drive timelines, understand tradeoffs, manage people's expectations & maintain a high quality of deliverables.
Prioritization and Problem Solving: able to manage multiple workstreams, anticipate and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks with creative solutions.
