.Operations Coordinator, Facility – SouthJoin our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy!Due to continued growth within our Facilities team, we're currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator based out of Spain.As a Facility Operations Coordinator for the South region, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Tesla Centers in South Europe run smoothly and provide an exceptional experience to employees and customers.What You'll DoHandle daily facility requests and distribute to vendors within your regionPromptly resolve repairs, maintenance, and upgrades for Tesla locationsCommunicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projectsManage vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that may ariseManage complete finance process from PO creation to invoice approvalCollaborate with the programs team to implement EMEA level projects and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholdersFoster positive relationships with front-line teams through regular site visits, providing support and feedbackSupport new store openings and post-handover execution, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing successRespond to emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutionsWhat You'll BringPassion for Tesla's mission and a drive to make a difference in the worldHigh energy and comfort working in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyCollaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment, working with various departments and external vendorsAbility to influence key stakeholders and act as a well-respected, trusted partnerSeveral years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field, with a proven track record of success (Preferable)Exceptional organizational skills, project management, and attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectivelyFluent in English and Spanish proficiency (preferred), with strong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems and technologiesWillingness to travel on a regular basis.Tesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
