The OpportunityAs Operations Controlling Manager, your mission will be to provide reliable and relevant financial and operational information for decision making. Collaborating with the Local Factory Controllers in France and Greece and reporting to the Operations Controlling Director, your main responsibilities will be:
What you'll get to do- Lead the Integration of New businesses in the operations financials.
- Lead controlling cross-functional projects in an specific division.
- Consolidate monthly production sites Financial Results and analyze deviations.
- Analysis and Follow-up of the main division Operations KPI's.
- Ongoing Risk & Opportunities analyses.
- Actively support benchmarking in all operations areas to improve efficiency.
- Consolidate the yearly standard cost evolution index by product line (global index, with the specific feed from the factories' controllers).
- Division Capex monthly analysis & follow-up for the Operations area.
- Challenge Factories investment analyses (payback, NPV, …)
- Key user in the division Operations controlling, challenging, and supporting the local factory controllers.
- Ad-hoc analyses and presentations to the management.
We'd love to meet you if you haveThe ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, ideally with a specialization in Finance. He/She has a minimum of 6 years' controlling experience in manufacturing; assuming different levels of responsibility. Good communication skills, personal organization, and rigor, as well as attention to details are necessary to endorse this mission. English mandatory, French highly preferable.
