Responsibilities:
Assist the accounts with the stock entry and client invoicing in the system ensuring the orders are invoiced on time after delivery of the goods

Creation and management of Sales and Purchase Orders according to the client requirements based on the Operations Executive specifications

Creation and management of online catalogues in the system, collecting and uploading the catalogue information, monitoring the process and updating the system, ensuring the online portal is performing correctly

Collection and revision of delivery documentation

Pricing upload in the system - Creation and maintenance of the data base: Article, Article Images, Catalogue Article Pricing, Final Pricing…

Upload and maintenance of the track and trace tool

End to end process catalogue support, providing support throughout the overall catalogue cycle

Work alongside the team to implement the Shared Service Team efficiently and to ensure the tasks are correctly allocated amongst the team

Proactively recommend improvements to the current ways of working and identify opportunities to work more efficiently

Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiently

Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Experience:

Strong administrative background
Knowledge:

Excellent organisational abilities and time-management skills to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Studies:
College degree or above
Languages:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Languages: Spanish, English
