On behalf of our client Swiss Re, Korn Ferry is recruiting an Operational Resilience Analyst. The role is hybrid, with the office location in Madrid. As our Operational Resilience (Business Continuity) Analyst, you'll work with business units and cross-functional teams to identify and safeguard our critical business services. What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About the teamThe Operational Resilience team leads the implementation and evolution of operational resilience at Swiss Re.
ResponsibilitiesCarry out a detailed annual review of operational resilience plans, ensuring their compliance with our policies.Provide guidance and support to location business continuity managers in designing and maintaining preparedness plans.Re-enforce and promote alignment with our relevant policies and standards.Help write and update frameworks, policies, and guidelines on operational resilience topics.Follow up on open issues, test results, and lessons learnt, and manage related reporting activities.Oversee developments in the regulatory landscape and assist locations in developing mitigation strategies.Your qualificationsNobody is perfect and meets 100% of our requirements.
