Responsibilities: Developing growth strategy & coherent sales objectives in collaboration with EU Sales Team leader Utilities.Demonstrating target achievement.Managing the South Western Utilities sales team focused on Utilities, Independent Power Producers, Developers, and EPCs, providing the necessary support to achieve sales targets.Define Sales Team KPIs and objectives for EU Sales Team leader Utilities approval.Follow up front sales proposals and negotiations with customers across Europe and review contracts with internal legal and support teams.High level negotiation skills (Able to command authority and control negotiations where required).Continuously seek, establish, and develop business relationships with potential and new customers, expanding sales coverage of the company across Europe and providing strong service to new and existing accounts.Identify and develop key accounts. Negotiate and follow up on contracts.Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, staying in close contact with customers and the company's related internal departments.Communicate directly with customers on issues relating to their orders and shipments.Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of modules, and to advise customers of stock status.Maintain close relationships and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistic, and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends.Ensure effective reporting of all activities under managed accounts to the Regional Director on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.Identify, establish, and manage multi-tiered relationships across customers and the company's organization to ensure a long-term business partnership.Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.Requirements: Minimum of 5-7 years in the Solar Energy Utility segment and a preferred minimum of 3 years in management.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Strong bias for customer satisfaction.Proactive self-starter and problem solver. Taking initiative when required.Good knowledge of the international business environment, operations, and practices (from international payment terms and conditions to Incoterm usage).High-level leadership.Willingness to travel upon business requirements.Microsoft computer skills for reporting/preparing documents, etc.Previous knowledge of Salesforce CRM would be an advantage.Results-oriented with a strong lean towards maximizing quality high-value opportunities.Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish language would also be a strong advantage.Any other European language will be considered an advantage.If you are interested in this opening, please provide your resume in English.
