Onshape (www.onshape.com), a PTC SaaS business, is developing a completely new SaaS Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and data management platform for professional mechanical designers and engineers. You will be working within a business unit that uses cutting edge cloud, web, and mobile technologies. Your impact: Strengthen Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, driving sales and revenue growth.Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to significantly increase reseller sales and market penetration of Onshape in the DACH region.Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gather and analyze market insights and reseller feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new business avenues.Performance Monitoring and Support: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor reseller performance, providing regular feedback and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Day-To-Day: Build relationships with key partner executives (CEO, COO, CFO, CIO) and departmental managersBuild, manage and execute on an aligned business plan with the partnersInvestigate and understand internal strategies, business models and processes of potential partnersDevelop booking forecast in coordination with partners and Onshape management teamStrategize and develop programs/agreements to drive incremental revenue for both Onshape and partnersMeet/Exceed assigned quota by driving sales indirectly through targeted reselling partnersCoordination of Onshape internal teams into one voice to the partnersRequired Skills and Experience: Proven track record (10 years +) of solution selling and account managementKnowledge of partner networks, VARs, ISVs, DSPs, VADs and SIsExperience in partner management and partner development in a SaaS environmentExperience in CAD / PDM is a bonusBasic Qualifications Master's degree or equivalentGreat oral and written communication skills in English and German#LI-DNI
