The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, language models, GenAI, and process automation. You will be responsible for analyzing data, researching the most appropriate techniques, and the development, testing, support, and delivery of proof of concepts to resolve real-world and large-scale challenging problems.Develop and apply machine learning innovations by collaborating with other team members and company stakeholders.Understand the requirements and be able to communicate results and conclusions in a way that is accurate, clear, and winsome.Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.Work on many different data challenges, always ensuring a combination of simplicity, scalability, reproducibility, and maintainability within the ML solutions and source code.Both data and software must be developed and maintained with high-quality standards and minimal defects.Collaborate with other technical fellows on the integration and deployment of ML solutions.Work as a member of a team, encouraging team building, motivation, and cultivating effective team relations.Qualifications PhD/Masters in a specific area of AI/ML with scientific soundness and published papers.Able to understand scientific papers and develop the idea into executable code.Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, LMs, GenAI, signal processing, and data science.Previous experience with key information extraction, product retrieval, and product matching.EDA analysis and practical hands-on experience with datasets, ML models, and evaluations.Proficiency in Python, Pytorch, Git, pandas, dask, polars, sklearn, huggingface, docker, databricks.Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and logical thinking capabilities.Proactive attitude, constructive, intellectual curiosity, and persistence to find answers to questions.A high level of interpersonal and communication skills in English and strong ability to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
