JOB FUNCTION: We have a new exciting opportunity as Omnichannel Engagement Lead Spain (Madrid-based).
As Omnichannel BP, you will partner with our commercial team to design and develop omnichannel engagement strategies to support our many brands with the objective to improve our overall customer engagement journey.
In this role, you will provide an exceptional digital experience and strategic marketing advice across Takeda Iberia's BUs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ownership of omnichannel program for clients, ranging from strategic input to day-to-day management of tactics.Participate during brand plan for strategy development and activities definition, responsible for execution of digital activities.Identify HCPs most preferred channels, content and format for digital communication.Develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Evaluate and report campaign performance.Provide a seamless company/brand experience, regardless of channel or device.Analyze competitive context of omnichannel solutions in the market of responsibilities to properly position Takeda vs. competitors.Guide clients and colleagues with varying experiences in digital and omnichannel through potential solutions.Collaborate with commercial BUs and CEx on sales force KPIs and field sales targeting strategy.Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.EDUCATION, SKILLS & CAPABILITIES: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent as well as relevant work experience.3-5 years of demonstrated progressive experience in planning and executing marketing programs.Experience in designing digital customer touchpoints that result in positive customer experiences.Proficient understanding of and experience in setting up digital and multichannel marketing campaigns.Ability to work with the marketing & sales team to track and report on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for optimization.Ability to proactively consult with various stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.Experience in conducting strategic briefs and work closely with agency partners for content creation and approval.Ideally knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and implications for building materials, communications and campaigns.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.Team player who is flexible, results- and service-oriented, with a passion for creativity and innovation.What Takeda Can Offer You: To further support and inspire our employees, our benefits include: Competitive basic salary, Annual Bonus, Contributory Pension Scheme, Private Health Cover and Life Assurance.
