Customer oriented and ready to serve with 5+ years of working experience in Payroll for Spain. Deep controllership/statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations). Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and statistical skills. Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analysing data to make fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Job Responsibilities:Maintain the operational effectiveness of payroll processes from start to end.Collaborate with other payroll leaders to build a culture of balances and checks within the Payroll Operations Team to maintain an efficient and effective audit process.Collaborate in efforts to evaluate and redesign Payroll processes to align with the company's rapid growth and commitment to quality.Collaborate in a cross-department environment with HR, Tech teams, Finance, Accounting, and others to ensure that best practices are followed and implemented. Location: Barcelona, B, ESP
Additional Requirements:
MS Office knowledge - especially advanced MS Access and MS Excel (VBA, macros).Experience in leading projects.Team focused with a particular ability to work across virtual teams.
