Position DescriptionAct as Finance Business Partner for the Management of STAT-Dx Life S.L, a Spanish R&D and manufacturing entity within the QIAGEN groupAnalyze monthly, quarterly and yearly financial figures - including balance sheet, profit & loss and cash flowProvide financial transparency to senior management for decision making and provide guidance and advice regarding business status and successTake responsibility for the preparation of statutory financial results, on-time group reporting and coordination of yearly auditCooperate with external advisors and auditors (tax, legal and statutory audit process)Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirementsDetermine KPIs and create the monthly reporting for the operational management of R&D and productionWork on cross functional projects (experiences in R&D or manufacturing environment beneficial)Position RequirementsUniversity degree in Finance/ AccountingAt least 3 years of experience in a comparable positionMinimum 6 years of overall work experience in finance areaStrong experience in Accounting and ControllingStrong experience in SP-GAAP Accounting (experience in US-GAAP Accounting beneficial)Proven skills in QAD, SAP and MS-Office (Excel, PPT)Very good English skillsPersonal RequirementsAbility to analyze, support and improve management processes in international organizationsWillingness to work in an international teamVery good communication skillsStrong analytical skillsHigh flexibilityWhat we offerAt the heart of QIAGEN are our people who drive our success.
