Job Description: Office Manager - Key Real Estate, Marbella Golden Mile We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Office Manager to join our prestigious real estate agency on Marbella's Golden Mile.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless organization of properties, team performance, and internal and external communications, with a focus on maximizing results through technology and defined processes.

Property and Portal Management: Upload and update properties in the CRM and all major portals, ensuring complete information: descriptions, high-quality images, videos, floor plans, and prices.
Monitor portal performance (e.g., lead generation) and propose improvements to increase engagement (e.g., enhanced descriptions, updated visuals).
Prioritize high-end listings (e.g., properties over €1M in Marbella, Estepona, Sotogrande).

Team Oversight and Reporting: Use the CRM to monitor agent activities: lead management, client follow-ups, response times, and progress toward objectives.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management and identify areas for improvement.
Organize and manage weekly team meetings to review KPIs and resolve bottlenecks.

Newsletter Coordination: Create and segment newsletters for various audiences (clients, collaborators, property owners).
Ensure newsletters highlight relevant content such as new listings, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Analyze results (open rates, clicks) and propose strategies to improve performance.

Calendar and Workflow Management: Maintain schedules for team members, including key events, client follow-ups, and deadlines.
Coordinate client and collaborator meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient communication.

Lead Supervision: Ensure all leads are managed appropriately in the CRM with detailed notes and timely follow-ups.
Organize regular reviews of "stalled leads" with agents to devise strategies for re-engagement.
________________________________________ Requirements Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury real estate or a high-performance sales environment.
Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems (Inmoba preferred).
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages (French, Russian, German) are a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Inmobalia CRM.
