This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute our B2C marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership and one of our co-founders with a marketing background. You will have the chance to build and grow a team, with 1-2 direct reports joining during the year, and potentially advance into a Head of Marketing role within the next 1-2 years.Key Responsibilities IncludeCampaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate marketing strategies that align with business objectives.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably with a strong focus on Meta platforms.Lead Generation Expertise: Proven track record in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns, with a strong understanding of full funnel analysis. Recognize that while CAC or CPL are important, focusing on later-stage funnel metrics is crucial for sustained growth.Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and leverage emotional and inspirational drivers to enhance conversion rates.Leadership Potential: Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with previous team management experience being a plus.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software.Education: While a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial, we value skills and experience over formal education.
