In order to be a successful Office Manager you will have…

Previous experience in a similar role within office administration in a similar environment with a strong understanding of business operations, processes
Excellent communication and organisation skills with fluency in English and Spanish
Strong sense of initiative, self motivation and be a proactive problem solver

The role
As Office Manager you will coordinate and prioritize administrative services for the business relating to supplies, equipment, security, maintenance services and general daily business activities. This will include coordinating administrative procedures, evaluating processes and where required help implement new procedures to help the business become more efficient. The successful candidate for this role will be both friendly and professional as they will be assisting various departments with activities such as new hire onboardings, approval of vendor invoices, coordinate business travel and office inventory . hardware requirements. You will also supports in the organisation and arranging of events and coordinate staff requirements for larger meetings or conferences.
