The Role: High-Level Office Manager
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team in a high-level management capacity. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of our office and work closely with the Group's CEO and CFO to ensure the company operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage key aspects of the organization's day-to-day functions, support critical financial processes, and play a critical role in maintaining the overall health of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Partnership with the CEO:
Collaborate closely with the CEO to streamline processes, manage priorities, and execute strategic initiatives.
Provide direct support to the CEO in decision-making by preparing and analyzing financial reports, coordinating office projects, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Financial Oversight:
Report directly to the CFO with timely and accurate bank statements and relevant Profit & Loss (P&L) information.
Review, categorize, and reconcile invoices, transfers, and credit card transactions.
Manage and organize the family's bank statements in collaboration with our banking partners.
Follow monthly budgets meticulously, track project payments, and follow up on receivables.
Keep inter-company files updated and organized.
Office Administration:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure the environment is organized and efficient.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
Maintain an organized, efficient workspace that reflects the company's commitment to excellence.
HR and Employee Relations:
Handle typical Human Resources tasks including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
Support the team's well-being by organizing events and managing office policies.
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute team events, meetings, and celebrations.
