About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role includes managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supervising suppliers.
Your responsibilities:
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and other reservations
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
Producing and keeping reports and composing correspondence
Support tasks for the Finance Department
Administration and management of documentation
Constant communication with the property of the building: incidents, expense control
Responsible for arranging meetings and greeting visitors
Supervision and maintenance of the offices
Supervision of cleaning staff and supplies
Preparation of inventories
Supplier management
About You:
Autonomy, Responsibility and Proactivity.
Organizational and resolution capacity.
Master of the Microsoft Office package and online browsing.
Oral and written fluency in both Spanish and English C1.
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
