About this role Are you an organized, proactive individual with exceptional office management skills? If you thrive on creating a productive and positive work environment, this is your chance to shine! We are looking for a passionate and talented Office Manager to join our team on a temporary contract (5-8 months).
In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that all administrative and operational aspects run smoothly and creating a working environment that allows the rest of the staff to perform to the best of their ability.

You will Ensure that the office is in optimal working order and cleanliness.Coordinate the maintenance of equipment and repair of facilities.Supervise third-party services such as cleaning and security.Coordinate and supervise daily office activities.Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.Handle internal and external correspondence and communications.Manage the shipping and receiving of material.Reception of visitors.Manage internal communication relating to the office.Manage the office budget and control expenses.Collaborate with the accounting department to manage payments and invoices.Support in the organization and coordination of company events and activities, mainly for the Marketing and People departments.Ensure that all office equipment (computers, printers, etc.) is in good condition and working properly.Manage the physical and digital archiving of important documents.Ensure that documents are easily accessible and well organized.Manage access control and security systems.Telephone answering.Languages Fluent in Spanish and English
