This temporary part-time role will combine HR administrative support with essential office management responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Process Administration: Post job openings and manage applicant tracking. Source and screen candidates for initial selection. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. Office Administration: Support general office upkeep. Ensure the office is well-stocked with supplies. Provide administrative support to employees as needed. Qualifications: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Minimum of 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
