About the role Overseeing the successful running of the office, both from an administrative and people engagement perspective.Supportive full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to offboarding.Assisting in recruitment of permanent & temporary staff while also monitoring and dealing with any staffing/absence/training work management team issues and assisting with any payroll queries.Acting as a champion for a fun, lively and engaged office culture - including the organising of social events.Being a trusted first point of contact for both HR and general administrative enquiries.Supplier and cost management. Being the first point of contact for any office related issue – Health & Safety Officer, Fire Warden and liaising with other building tenants.Office Management: maintains office services, handling equipment orders, cleaning services, workspace arrangements, meetings, business trips and internal events set-up.Essential Highly organised, pro-active and enthusiastic about providing fantastic employee experiences.Knowledge of Spain employment law.Have a highly emotional intelligence and with a solution focused approach, demonstrating the ability to listen with a solid ethical and moral judgment.Very high standards of communication and organisation, with the capacity to interact at a senior level and experienced at presenting to internal and external C-suite personnel.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is a must. Portuguese language a benefit.
