Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry.

Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, both virtual and in-person, including preparing meeting agendas and sending out invitations.

Assist with coffee and tea preparation for meetings and visitors.

Maintain a tidy and organized office space.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Spanish and English or German.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 1,000.00€ - 1,125.00€ per month

Expected hours: 25 per week

Work Location: In person
