Accommodations The Digital Sales Team Leader will own the sales targets and quotas for their SME (small-medium enterprise) teams. The individual will have previous sales management experience, develop, and coach team members, and monitor sales targets while carrying an individual sales quota.
Responsibilities Manage and coach a team of 10-15 digital sales Account ManagersSupport lead management, opportunity creation, and deal closuresConduct analysis of KPIs to strategize on performance improvementSet and track sales targetsDrive SME sales and customer relationships to achieve individual quotaDevelop a strong understanding of Swo services and solutions, and coach the assigned team of Account ManagersEffectively engage solution architects as required to drive customer outcomesMaintain and implement best-in-class tools and processesAct as the point of escalation from the teamCollaborate with the alliances team on developing marketing collateralHire and build out a world-class digital sales teamOwn quota of sales team reporting to themFoster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and alliances teams to maximize the effectiveness of lead generation and customer engagement strategiesWhat we expect from you: Location: Barcelona8+ years in digital sales role3+ years experience managing digital salesProven ability to drive sales processes from plan to closeStrong leadership skills including coaching and people development, client relationships, and conflict managementKnowledge of enterprise technologySales forecasting and data analyticsEnthusiasm for technology salesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)Fluent in English, Spanish, Italian (at least 2 of them)As a culture-first organization, being together is how we learn and grow.
