As part of the Enterprise Strategy Team, the individual will be engaged in cross-functional, enterprise-wide Strategic Projects and Transformational Programs taking on management responsibilities.Specifically, the role will include all phases of Project Management from Planning: scoping, resourcing, target definition, task description, and assignment; Execution: task completing, troubleshooting, decision making, milestones achieving; and Delivery: communication, training, engagement with stakeholders for implementation. The individual will also be engaged in wider Transformational Program Management taking on the responsibility for overseeing multiple workstreams to ensure efficiency and optimal outputs considering interdependencies and synergies.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the evolving external context and derive implications for CRH strategy and execution.Understand CRH strategy execution progress and results and derive implications for CRH strategic direction and projects (deep dives, market analysis, etc.).Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.Develop and execute strategic initiatives.
