The Club by RADISSON HOTEL GROUP Our Commercial Projects team is responsible for revenue transformation, with a twofold objective: 1. to implement our five-year plan with new annual initiatives and the implementation of innovative solutions and 2. to develop the Club in all geographical areas, in order to achieve constant additional revenue.
Position summary We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Data Project Manager to join our Business Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining innovative projects that empower Sales and Revenue Management teams to excel.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration to achieve project goals.Identify and evaluate data sources, gather and analyse data, and create meaningful reports and insights.Integrate data from multiple systems and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data management and reporting.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.Communicate project status, updates, and key findings to stakeholders and senior management.Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to data management and analytics.Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a commercial or revenue management setting.Strong understanding of sales data, revenue management principles, and commercial operations in the hotel industry.Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).Experience with data integration and working knowledge of databases and SQL.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.Ability to communicate complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to work remotely.Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.Note: This job description represents a summary of the typical functions of the role and is not exhaustive.
