FUNCTIONS : Our client, a leading engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor for the oil, gas, and other energy-related industries, is looking to recruit an experienced O&M Senior Engineer.BASIC FUNCTION : In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the engineering, construction, and commissioning phases of our offshore substation project.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the project's design and construction align with the highest standards of reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Conducting RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety) simulations and studies, with the ability to interpret and analyze results and prepare study reports.Leading FMECA (failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis) assessments and chairing related workshops.Conducting RCM (reliability-centered maintenance) assessments.Reviewing engineering designs, specifications, and documentation for adherence to RAMS, FMECA, and maintenance standards.Preparing asset management-related philosophy and concept documentation, covering reliability, maintenance, spares management, operations, and more.Developing maintenance strategies, operation, and maintenance manuals, as well as maintenance job cards (step-by-step detailed work procedures).Creating maintenance activity lists and schedules.Preparing equipment material handling concepts and studies.Reviewing equipment spare parts lists.Preparing detailed equipment maintenance activity lists, scheduling maintenance, and creating CMMS SAP PM data load files.REQUIREMENTS : To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Extensive experience in engineering roles with a focus on O&M considerations for offshore substations or similar energy infrastructure.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and substation equipment.Familiarity with offshore safety regulations and industry standards.Project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications :Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering is a plus.Experience : More than 10 years of relevant experience.Languages : Proficiency in English (C1).
