Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years' experience.The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.Opdenergy is looking for an O&M Intern to give support to our O&M Team.What will you help us with Provide administrative support to the O&M team, including organizing documentation and managing records.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts for various O&M services, including agreements with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.Help maintain and update contract databases and track contract deadlines, milestones, and renewals.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation related to O&M activities.Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance.Assist with the preparation and filing of O&M-related documentation, including permits, maintenance schedules, and inspection reports.Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information for contract drafting and administration.Help with administrative tasks related to invoicing and budgeting for O&M activities.Participate in meetings and take notes to ensure follow-up on action items.Who you are Engineering degree in Industrial, Electrical or similar.Valuable Master in Renewable Energy.Full command of English.Domain of the office package.What do we offer?
