Financial contribution across APAC with the complexity of managing Revenue Assurance across multiple countries becoming increasingly more sophisticated and of greater importance to the business. To that end, the creation and execution of a well-established Revenue Assurance strategy will continue to drive greater success through local country tendering and will evolve in line with a holistic value-based approach. The APAC MT Revenue Assurance Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing continued leadership, direction, and support in creating and executing the APAC MedTech Revenue Assurance for selected countries.
The individual will work in close partnership with the other APAC MT Revenue Assurance Leads. The APAC MT Revenue Assurance Specialist will grow expertise and skills in the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Revenue Assurance strategies, methodology, processes, tools, delivering revenue recovery (e.g. through increased sales). The individual will work in close partnership with the APAC Regional Finance and the countries Revenue Assurance Stakeholders. The APAC MT Revenue Assurance Specialist will also have a strong understanding of the Quotes, Tenders, and Pricing processes and will use that expertise to drive process enhancements across the region & leveraging best practices that will contribute to standardizing and accelerating Revenue Leakage Recovery. The Individual will also contribute to the identification of new areas of revenue leakage, implementing new controls in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. The APAC MT Revenue Assurance Specialist will use the extensive knowledge of the Johnson & Johnson Standard tools used within the framework of Quotes, Tenders, and Pricing to identify and lead - Business-wise - the implementation of new capabilities - in close collaboration with Johnson & Johnson Technology - that will benefit process excellence, flawless execution, and automation.
- Lead the contribution to strengthening partnerships with countries departments across the region to ensure adoption of best-in-class processes improving revenue assurance or mitigating revenue leakage.
- Lead the contribution to strengthening partnerships with key internal stakeholders including; Strategic Capabilities teams, Franchise leads, Corporate Internal Auditors, Legal, Country leadership teams, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Finance - Government Affairs for their interaction with the Revenue Assurance framework.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in the Quotes, Tenders, and pricing framework identifying areas of improvements on Governance, Processes, Tools, and Organization Setup that would drive stronger efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Define, implement, execute, and present reporting and dashboard for country and APAC leadership.
- Act as Business Specialist ensuring that all process enhancements and/or other IT activities have the appropriate Business support, in close partnership with Johnson & Johnson Technology.

Qualifications Required
Minimum Education: Graduate
Required Years of Related Experience: (All or combination of)
- Experience in process excellence (1 yr +) within MedTech, with a strong understanding of processes and procedures.
- Experienced Quotes, Tenders, and Pricing (1+ years) with a track record of delivering results in challenging environments.
- Experienced in the healthcare industry, medical device/surgery markets (1+ years); having demonstrated the ability to understand the breadth of a portfolio of products.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of quotes, tenders, and pricing processes and procedures.
- Deliver the Revenue Assurance outputs to the relevant countries enablers to the execution of the Revenue Recovery.
- Collaboration and teaming - exhibits a driving dedication to change management (people & process); excellent people/relationship skills in influencing, project management, conflict management, and team building.
- Understanding of current healthcare market dynamics.
- High learning agility
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment where a high degree of cross-functional collaboration is required to deliver outstanding business results.
- Ability to interact with and influence stakeholders/teams.
- Understanding of the quote, tenders, and pricing landscape and interaction with other departments across MedTech.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced data systems, Word, and PowerPoint, Outlook, is required. Superior proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Effective communication skills including presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with consultancy resources defining deliverables that will contribute to the achievement of Johnson & Johnson objectives.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Include any preferred computer skills, certifications, licenses, languages, etc.)
- Expertise (1+ year) of the Johnson & Jonson IT environment.
- Expertise on the APAC quotes, tenders, and pricing Process Project Management Expertise in FPX Methodology

Key Working Relationships
Internal: Working within the internal matrix environment to execute the Revenue Assurance in conjunction with all Revenue Assurance resources (internal and external environment). Work cross-functionally with Legal, Customer Service, Country Finance & Regional Finance, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, and Communications to execute Revenue Assurance and drive process excellence. Work cross-functionally with Johnson & Johnson IT department to ensure maximum contribution of the IT Platform.
External: Working with consultancy firms and IT Suppliers to generate value for Johnson
