We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, passionate finance professional to support the delivery of finance asset management services in multiple international jurisdictions.We are looking for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced and complex work environments and desires to develop experiences in the financial analysis, strategy, and controlling aspect of the business. The role will be a key member of the team who will be responsible for financial reporting matters of two international funds investing across Europe, Asia, South America, and the US.The role will be expected to be part of the finance leadership team and therefore you should have a strong analytical skill, entrepreneurial mindset, process improvement driven, attention to details, ability to grasp and solve complex issues, and strong communicator with ability to build relationship with financial and non-financial stakeholders.This role will work closely with all regions' finance teams to track the fund's investments and distribution and manage a few key fund reports consolidating results from all regions to perform suitable risk & monitoring analysis and for monthly reporting purposes. The fund applies investment entity accounting and therefore, it does not consolidate at the top entity (valuation instead), but some consolidation works are required at the sub-holding entities. This role would ideally suit someone who comes from a strong fund management and reporting background and ability to manage people effectively to deliver results.We manage a fast-growing fund and as scale increases, various ad-hoc workstreams will be expected for the business. As such, effective time management, critical thinking, and ability to solve problems are crucial. The successful role holder will work with other accountants and professionals from other functions of the business and the client.There is an expectation of consistency and accuracy of outputs, as well as delivering and maintaining a high degree of quality and service. In view of this, you will be expected to appropriately flag issues and support their resolution through to the end and proactively drive continuous improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReporting - Full responsibility for monthly & quarterly clearance and CEO reports (reporting global results from each region) ensuring accuracy and high quality of reporting within defined reporting deadlines
