About The Role
The Inside Sales Consultant will bring high energy, thoughtful customer service, and meaningful business-to-business conversations to our foundational and new customers daily. This role will expand Boats Group products and services throughout these conversations by calling on and speaking with predefined existing boat dealers and yacht brokers across the territory and those not using our platform. You will first learn about their unique business and then make appropriate recommendations based on their needs. This role will accelerate Boats Group's acquisition strategy by connecting with a defined group of prospects within a territory to sell new membership opportunities. The ability to be creative and work with an entrepreneurial spirit is paramount to the success of this role.

Boats Group is looking to expand its international Inside Sales team. As our International Inside Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Leaders. By using your analytics and sales skills, you will identify opportunities within your existing book of business. You will execute flawlessly with the support of Account Management, Product, and Marketing.
What You'll Do Manage an existing foundational book of business by calling on boat dealers and yacht brokers across the assigned territory, learning about their specific business, and making appropriate recommendations based on various advertising and marketing services and products offered by Boats Group.Drive new membership acquisition and win new account business within your territory by proactively sourcing and/or via the predefined list of prospects.Work closely with the Regional Sales Consultants and Account Managers to ensure our customers are best served with our products and services.Be an expert on the Boats Group product suite, values, internal tools, and organisational structure to succeed in the market.Communicate important company initiatives and programs to your customers and feedback on customer input through the appropriate channels.Work closely with Boats Group teams to ensure sales channel coordination, cooperation, and success.What You Should Have 1-2 years of Digital Advertising or Services sales experience is highly preferred.Business-to-business outbound cold calling sales techniques preferred. Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make an introductory sale.Ability to complete the entire sales process on the phone (and smile while you are doing it).Strong understanding and ability to speak to demonstrating value and ROI for customers of online advertising products.A data-driven and analytical approach to maximising opportunities.Sales skills with an ability to see a sales opportunity and to follow through the client's entire life-cycle, end-to-end: i.e., the customer to buy and ensure that the customers' future needs are met.Enthusiastic and resilient; conscientious and considerate.Knowledge of MS Office software, Excel, databases, and CRM systems (specifically Salesforce), and the internet as a sales and marketing channel.Must have EU citizenship or Spain Work Visa.Native or bilingual fluency in French is essential.
