As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining the company's processes, as well as organizing tools, operations, and the overall structure of the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.FUNCTIONS Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and implement tools and technologies that can improve project management, collaboration, and communication.Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure that processes and tasks of each team member are executed efficiently.Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring they are met within the agreed-upon parameters.Ensure that project resources are allocated appropriately, and that any resource constraints are identified and addressed early on.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met, and that there is effective communication between team members.Communicate regularly with stakeholders and customers, keeping them updated about project progress and development.Ensure projects are compliant with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Develop standards on project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, and make recommendations for process improvements.Search for external collaborators and partnerships when required throughout the project.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Knowledge and a deep understanding of digital processes and at least 7 years of working experience at the manager level in a digital environment (preferred in a startup ecosystem).Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Experience in the immersive XR industry is a plus.Demonstrated management, communication, and interpersonal skills.Fluent spoken and written English skills.Additional Requirements Experience managing projects with agile and lean methodologies.Experience leading team-building exercises and group dynamics is appreciated.#J-18808-Ljbffr
