Role: Sales Manager, Digital Assets & CurrenciesReporting to: VP, Digital Assets & Currencies
Role based in: Barcelona
As a strategic thinker, you'll collaborate closely with the rest of the Sales team which includes both commercial and marketing resources to provide extraordinary service to the top merchant accounts on our radar.
From tailored experiences to dedicated resources, you'll have the keys to empower the top merchants in our connected payment world.
You'll also work with various in-house leaders across Technology, Operations, and Marketing to position our capabilities, products, services, and solutions optimally with top prospects.
About You4+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience working in payments with a focus on bringing onboard key strategic accountsExcellent knowledge of the Digital Assets and Currencies spaceProven individual contributor success in a full-cycle Sales roleStrong network within the Blockchain industryHighly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide insight to various internal partners across the businessTech-savvy, with a real passion for TechnologyGood eye for business opportunities with awareness of financial factorsTrack record of inspiring and mentoring sales teamsExtraordinary communication and negotiation skillsHighly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities optimallyFluent in English and FrenchWhat You Will Be DoingBuilding deep relationships with and forging alliances with key collaborators of strategic accountsCollaborating cross-functionally with leaders across various departments within the business to tailor best-in-class proposals for merchantsBuilding and driving the outbound sales strategy with our business development specialists and ABM teamUsing Salesforce and other core tech stack to track and monitor progress metrics, and analyze engagement trends to continuously identify areas of strength and areas for improvementPartnering with other global Sales leaders to share effective business practices, key business insights, and industry trendsWhat we stand forAspire: We supercharge your professional growth with career development programs and leadership training.
