Regional Brand ManagerNestlé Nutrition LATAMDairy NutritionAdvanced English and Spanish is mandatory.Position SummaryThe Regional Brand Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a consistent regional strategy across markets for our recently integrated portfolio of AF Dairy (Affordable + Adults), regarding portfolio reorganization, IR pipeline, communication strategy, identifying opportunities to reach short and midterm objectives.A day in the life of...Lead, develop and implement activities, ensuring sustainable profitable growth including (but not limited to): product and packaging renovation innovation, new product development, communications, research, including consumer and shopper insight explorations, to fully understand the needs for the brands and the category.Develop a proposal and execute a strong, functionally aligned regional brand plan, including tracking the performance (Market Financial), health and strategic alignment of the brand across the different markets and recommending action plans to course correct when needed.
Propose and execute PFME investment.Contribute to the design and implementation of an IR pipeline, interfacing with all stakeholder areas to ensure consumer centricity, alignment, viability and feasibility.Manage packaging design agencies and respective workflows for our brands, interfacing with all functions/individuals responsible for providing information or assets required for the project success.
Responsible for ensuring all parties involved in adaptation and artwork production have the required inputs to deliver accurate files, on-time following brand and packaging guidelines.
