We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Senior Program Manager to join the Campaign and Creative Services (CCS) Onboarding and Training team.Key Responsibilities:Excellent program management of owned initiatives including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and delivering results.Lead end-to-end program management including content management, logistics, communication, delivery and facilitator coordination, analytics and reporting.Develop and drive large scale learning programs across multiple geographies.Conduct and maintain needs analysis that uncovers training opportunities.Identify, define, track, and continuously assess the effectiveness of training, and implement suggestions for improvement across assigned programs.Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional business partners globally, to uncover and support new hires' priorities.Proactively drive continuous program improvement in support of business goals.A Day in the Life: You will create, deliver, and scale innovative training programs that support CCS diverse global teams, providing them with the knowledge they need to deliver results for Advertisers and end-customers.About the Team: The Onboarding and Training team delivers training resources that support CCS new hires onboard smoothly into the organization, providing them with the essential information they need to successfully immerse in Amazon Ads. The team rolls under the Customer & Advertiser Success and Insights Team (CASI) organization with a unified mission to enable advertising business success by maintaining end customer trust and by driving improvement for Advertisers, including our employees who serve them.
