Main purpose: In charge of +3 years planning (shared with GCM team). Lead the process of Campaign Plan for n+1, volume/price/solution offer/demand generation. Increase customer share and customer lifetime value through a balanced push/pull grower strategy that drives current and future country go-to-market strategy. Coordinate West Cluster Med Products and Launch Projects.
Key tasks and responsibilities: Prepare and implement marketing & communication plans, integrated (CP, Seeds, Services) offers for our grower-customers and channel-customers based on customer strategies and through implementation of global/regional product and service portfolio strategies and guidelines. Coordinate North Africa Campaign Activation Team, sharing strategy, decision and output with them. Prospect, follow, anticipate and forecast Projects in West Med. Responsible for Newport tools update. Work closely with Market Development and Regional Marketing team to align on value capture and pricing. Define marketing plans targeting priority customer segments. Define go-to-market strategy by grower segment with a view of customer needs, crops/crop systems and channels involved. Support the definition of the right portfolio strategy on country group and cluster level by providing market knowledge, grower insights, and reflecting customer needs. Lead the Local Crop Team (LCT), including Sales, Marketing, MD, Digital, to prepare plan of n+1. Collaborate with sales managers on go-to-market implementation - monitor grower interactions, coach the sales force and ensure alignment on different interaction strategies. Monitor the timeliness and effectiveness of go-to-market plan execution; track KPIs (market share, awareness, purchase intent, usage) against plan. Key working relations: All Iberia Customer Marketing Regional Marketing team, Segments Manager and Crop Managers Customer Engagement Team Sales Team Market Development Team Growers and Channel Customer Marketing team in North Africa Qualifications & Competencies: Agronomy, mid or high degree Data driven, natural skills for software management Capacity to engage, explain and share good practice to sales team.
