Your role
As a Scrum Master, your main responsibilities will involve:
Serving Dev teams, Product Owners, and the organization as the Scrum Guide describes.
Acting and proposing solutions based on Agile principles and values.
Becoming a true Agile leader in the organization.
Fostering a continuous improvement culture.
Deep knowledge about the Lean mindset and its application.
Understanding the appropriate approach – focus on efficiency or efficacy – according to the context.
Guiding in the transition from a project to a product mindset.
Your Skills And Experience
As a Scrum Master, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Can-do attitude, hands-on person, and motivation to face transformation challenges.
Adaptation, flexibility, and resilience.
Passionate about data and technology.
Fluent in English.
