About the roleOur Sales team's sole mission is to drive end-to-end net new business sales, managing customers through the software subscription sales process. This includes finding pipelines, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion.
ResponsibilitiesRun the sales process from start to end with an emphasis on hunting for new business opportunities.Achieve a new business quota up to €130,000 per quarter.Average deal size €10,000 - €15,000.Contribute to the team's overall quota.Forecasting and account profiling in CRM - SFDC, Lausha, LinkedIn, Zoominfo.Act as the main point of contact for your customers and provide exceptional customer service.Create proposals and follow up with customers to in New Business/ existing accounts based.Consistently utilize CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process orders.Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.BenefitsStarting salary €35,000 per year.€5,000 yearly performance bonus.€15,000 on target commissions (uncapped).On-target earning for Year 1 €55,000+.Hybrid work from our beautiful Barcelona hub in Poble Nou (_C/ de la Llacuna, 56-70, edificio a 8_) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.Work from home on Mondays & Fridays.28 days paid annual leave with the opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days off per year.Regular incentives for over-performance.Work with cross-cultural teams in Bournemouth, Miami, Auckland, Durban & Davao.Start date: ASAP / negotiable.RequirementsFluent in Dutch with excellent English.
