The role would be ideally suited to someone with strong technical knowledge of IVD Quality Controls, combined with a background in Product Management or Product Marketing. We are pleased to offer the role as fully remote (working from home), based anywhere in Europe. Some international travel will be required - up to 25% per annum, including overnight stays.What will you do?Implement the Regional Marketing Plan for the Quality Controls product line in order to reach the Growth Objective; Participate in AOP planning.Define priorities for your product line through:Market and competitor analysis, voice of customer generationKey Opinion Leader interactionTargeting & positioning adjustment within the regionPricingBusiness developmentDevelop and localise regional marketing initiatives & identify needs for localized marketing collaterals.Work with MARCOM Manager and local sales teams to coordinate marketing campaigns: conferences, customer events & webinars.Define and implement regional product launch planning & support product recall activities when needed.Develop and nurture a regional Key Opinion Leader network.Provide technical expertise & training to sales teams in customer acquisition and tender scenarios & participate in product demos.Coordinate monthly calls with business leaders to maintain visibility of product line status, needs, issues and market intelligence.Who we are looking forA Degree in a Life Science.Experience in a product management or product marketing role within the IVD industry, ideally working with quality controls.Extensive knowledge of clinical laboratory quality controls and associated software.Skilled in Marketing, including downstream marketing, product life cycle management and commercial product launch.Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and skilled at influencing without direct authority.Strong communication & presentation abilities.Strong written and spoken English language skills; other European languages beneficial.Willing and able to travel at least 25% per annum, including overnight stays.What's in it for youExcellent career progression opportunities with a large and growing global employer.Competitive salary, plus annual incentive bonus.Full benefits package (specifics depend on country of hire)
